Former President of India Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's birthday, October 15, is celebrated as Vachan Prerna Din (Reading Inspiration Day). He dreamed of India becoming a superpower. He said that this dream can be fulfilled only through education. On the occasion of Vachan Prerna Day, Dr. Kalam's Agnipankh book was read collectively. Along with this, 50 books on Babasaheb Ambedkar, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Mahatma Phule, Shahu Maharaj, Savitribai Phule were gifted to the students.
